Commissioners okayed payment of $2,000
to Family and Children First Council, the mandated share covering

Warren Schlatter, County Engineer’s Chief Deputy, received notice yesterday
that he passed his professional engineer’s test which he took in April. The Board recognizes the hard work and

EXECUTIVE SESSION ended at
Delinda noted that 251 seniors were
signed up for the Farmer’s Market. They
receive $20.00 worth of coupons for the purchase of fresh produce from these
vendors. The Farmer’s Market runs each
Friday through September at
Tina informed the Commissioners that the Ohio Department on Aging has produced a statistical book on seniors. It offers statistics and trends of seniors and senior centers. She will deliver copies to the Commissioners once they are available. Tina also noted that over the past 10 years there has been a 9% increase in the number of care givers giving in-home care to a spouse, child or grandchild.
Joe Coressel, their new Business
Manager, is in the process of creating a database to be able to follow the
income and expense of various grants the
Mr. Haver’s attorney will prepare a
lease agreement and meet with the Commissioners for input and review. The completed document will then be submitted
