Commissioners discussed the possibility of moving the Engineering department to the Key Bank building. Gaylon and Warren will do a walk-through to see if the area is suitable and it can be remodeled for the Engineer’s use.

Discussed the purchase of guard rail which will be installed at the Fairgrounds parking lot. 100” of guardrail and 3 men will be needed to install the railing at a cost of around $1,100. The Engineer’s department will handle installation.
10:00 a.m. Mary Ritter, Fiscal Supervisor, and Deb Bresnan, Assistant Director, Job and Family Services, met with the Commissioners to present the department’s monthly financial update. Allocations for FY2003 are estimated to be $100,000 less than 2002. Partnership Allocation services affected in some way will be food stamp employment and training, federal social services allocation, Medicaid, state operating allocation, quality allocation, and the federal food stamp allocation. However, slight increases will be found in several children’s services programs.

approximately 15 air conditioners that they would like to donate to senior
