The City had not passed their Ordinance indicating what services they will supply the annexed lands of the Clinic and until that paperwork is received, the annexation petition can not be approved or denied. The Ordinance must be filed with the County at least 20 days before the hearing is held.
Commissioner Cromwell made the motion to continue the Defiance Clinic Annexation hearing once the Citys Ordinance is received and Commissioners Kime seconded. All eligible voted aye.

Commissioners passed a resolution authorizing the submission of the 2002 Water and Sanitary Sewer Grant Application for the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program to the Ohio Department of Development.
