  1. Defiance County General Health District Renewal of 1.1 mill tax levy for 5 years for general operation of the Board of Health of Defiance County first due in 2011.
  2. Hicksville Village Replacement levy (a 1 mill and a .8 mill levy to form a 1.8 mill levy) of 1.8 mills for a continuing period of time for providing and maintaining the village fire department first due in 2011.
  3. Adams Twp Issue of Electrical Aggregation Program.
  4. Defiance Twp Issue of Electrical Aggregation Program for the unincorporated portions of the township.
  5. Farmer Twp Issue of Electrical Aggregation Program.
  6. Highland Twp Issue of Electrical Aggregation Program.
  7. Noble Twp Issue of Electrical Aggregation Program for the unincorporated portions of the township.
