* It is taking approximately 5 weeks for the passport to come back from New Orleans, be sure to allow yourself enough time.  It can be expedited for a $35.00 fee, plus cost of overnight envelopes to send it.  2 identical 2x2 photos, plus CERTIFIED copy of birth certificate must be brought into office with your application, when applying.
