Trilby has been with Defiance County Communications since it's inception in July of 1997. Prior to coming to 911 she was a dispatcher with the Hicksville Police Department, for 9 years. Trilby lives in Hicksville with her husband Larry. In her spare time she and Larry enjoy going to the many festivals in the area.
