Administrative Officer Pam Stephens started her career with the Defiance County Sheriff's Office in 1967 as a Dispatcher. During her tenure, she has served two Sheriffs and four Chiefs of Police for the City of Defiance. Pam is in charge of the Administrative Section of the Sheriff's Office, which includes the budget, fiscal responsibilities and personnel. Pam and her husband Ed, have been married 32 years.
