Lieutenant Vandemark has been with the Defiance County Sheriff's Office since 1981. During this time, he has served in five positions: Corrections Officer, Road Officer, Investigator, Sergeant on the road, and is currently serving as Sergeant of Investigations. He is married to Karen and they have two wonderful daughters: Kristian-Ann and Juliana.
