Deputy Dan Crites has been with the Defiance County Sheriff's Office since 1999. Prior to that, Dan served with the Defiance County Associate Deputies, earning Associate Deputy of the Year in 1998. Dan is currently a Road Deputy and teaches third grade students about seat belt safety. He enjoys horse racing and spending time with his family.
