Help Me Grow is a program for expectant parents, newborns, infants, and toddlers that provides health and developmental services so that children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow is designed to address three of Ohio's commitments to children:

- Infants and toddlers thrive
- Children are healthy and ready for school
The first three years of a child's life are the building blocks for learning and development later in life.
Because the first years last a lifetime, parents often have questions about their child's development and ways to further developmental skills.
Help Me Grow is here to answer questions and assist families in their efforts to give their children the best possible start in life. Services are free, voluntary and designed with your family's concerns and goals in mind.
