2007 Halloween Parade
The Defiance County
Halloween parade held on October 27th, 2007 was a huge success.
The rain held off and the community turned out to watch or participate in the
annual ‘Big Show’.
USE THE FORCE
– REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE
May the force be with
YOU as we join Princess Leah, Yoda, Darth Vader and Hans Solo, to reduce, reuse and
recycle!
The
Defiance County Environmental Services float reminds everyone to recycle. Tim
Houck, Director of Environmental Services makes this a family annual event. His
wife JoEllen, sister-in-law Virlynn Rex, son John, daughter Nicole and grandson Brody
participated. Not only was this family fun,
but the float showcases the need to reduce, reuse and recycle!

Congratulations
to Defiance County Environmental Services and Thank you to the Houck Family!
Decorating the
trailer begins!
It’s hard work,
but a lot of family fun!

Everyone gets ‘in
touch’ with their characters!

The parade begins!
Another fun and
successful year!!
