NOTE: The Auditor's Records can reflect changes made since taxes were calculated. The value on the payment tab MUST be used when calculating taxes. On the upper right side of the page is a line that reads "Top Payments Made". If the taxpayer is on the escrow/prepay program with the County Treasurer and has made payments towards the current taxes due, a dollar amount will be listed. This should be taken into consideration when paying these taxes.

AG DISTRICT: To check if a property is on the Agricultural District (Ag Dist.) program, you need to check the Auditor's office in-house system.

DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS: To see if a deferred assessment exists, you must check the water and sewer record books in the Auditor's office.
