Your
monetary gift will help us provide a comfortable, inviting place for Senior
Adults to connect with friends and continue to bloom and grow. Please review
the chart below, decide how much you can give and then mail back this pledge
card.
We ask you to consider paying
10% at the time of your initial commitment and then investing in a three-year
pledge. We will send reminders when payment is due. You can also have your
donation automatically withdrawn from your bank account. This can be set up at
your bank.
For a donation of $500 or more,
a leaf with your name on it will be placed on our giving tree.
For a donation of $25,000 or
more, a plaque of gratitude will be placed in the room of your choice.
Donations to the DCSS Auxiliary
are tax deductible. Your donation can be a part of your legacy of commitment
to Senior Services throughout Defiance County. You, too can be our Roots and
our Wings.
