called to order by Chairman Roy Perez. Mr. Perez instructed the clerk to call the roll.

Ohio.
The purpose of the
session was to select a Chair and Vice chair for this Commission.
Two of five members answered the roll; no alternates answered the roll. There was no quorum, the session was concluded.
The business of the
session will be re-scheduled at the next Commission meeting to be scheduled.
